Develop history of airlaid paper
Apr 20, 2018

Many people are familiar with products such as clean paper, clean wiping paper and wiping paper. With the advancement of science and technology and the development of industrial technology, the production technology of dustless paper is also constantly improving. So many people are certainly not very understanding of the history of the development of dustless paper, so next will give you a brief introduction about the history of the dustless paper industry. In the 1960s, Europe pioneered the use of natural fibers as raw materials to invent clean paper. The Danish inventor Karl Krignard was the first to design a dry forming technology using wood pulp, which was launched in North America and Europe in the early 1970s for full commercial production. In the beginning, the design method was to install the fixed screen as a shaper in a vacuum box and scatter the fibers down. Through the action of the vacuum, the fibers fall onto the underlying forming wire to form a shaped web. In the late 1970s, the Finnish joint paper mill and another company, MJ, improved the dry papermaking technology. The improved paperless papermaking technology has been more widely used in the 1980s. In the early 1980s, in order to adapt to the production of clean paper, Yohan Moscart, a colleague of Kroja, replaced the fixed web former with the design of a rotary cylinder former in the field of clean paper production. Very competitive. In the mid-1980s, with the development of the chemical industry, especially the emergence of composite fibers, Denmark's DANKLON company provided composite fibers as a target, and designed a horizontal cylindrical forming technology that can use uniform blends of composite fibers of different lengths and types. Formed into clean paper, wipe paper. After continuous improvement, the technology of composite fibers has advanced by leaps and bounds, further increasing the production efficiency of heat-sealless paper. In the early 1990's, Danish MJ Company successively introduced the forming mesh technology to meet the demand of using composite fibers to adapt to the production of dust-free wiping paper. At the same time, Japanese paper companies have started to develop dry forming technology since the 1960s. Through more than 20 years of hard work, they have developed a unique dry forming long wire and rotary wire machine.
